This warm season bunchgrass with its blue-green foliage and “eyelash” seed heads is loved by humans and wildlife. Provides forage and shelter for mammals small and large, is the larval host for the Green Skipper, and provides nesting materials and seeds for birds. Drought tolerant. An excellent addition to a pollinator or bird garden.
